Ah, founder life. Equal parts thrilling and terrifying, often before lunch. You've done the hard work of building something real. The expertise is genuine. The mission matters. What's missing is sometimes just the clarity to express it consistently and the confidence to put it out under your own name.

I'm Louise Leone, founder of Lion's Roar Studio. I've spent twenty years helping organisations get clear on their message and build digital experiences that actually land. In 2026 I started doing it under my own name, for the people I most want to do it with.

Founders is where I'll be writing for impact-led founders, mission-driven brands, coaches, solopreneurs, and anyone building something that matters and trying to make it heard. Particularly the people building something quietly brilliant in education, health, wellbeing, sustainability, or mission-driven tech.
